Rooted in a passion for storytelling and strategic design, I build brands that connect emotionally while performing strategically in competitive markets. I am currently pursuing my M.A. in Luxury and Brand Management at SCAD. My career blends creativity and analysis, leading brand strategy, innovation, and performance management for brands.

My Experience
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, with a double major in Marketing and Management, Leadership & Innovation. This has shaped my analytical approach and strategic mindset toward brand building.

As Brand, Research & Development, and Exports Manager at Agencias Motta, I have directed cross-functional teams to relaunch brands, develop new product formulations, and expand into international markets. I conduct monthly performance analyses across brand portfolios, evaluating sales, margins, and consumer feedback to guide data-driven decisions and lead annual budgeting and forecasting for each SKU to optimize profitability and anticipate market shifts.

Beyond innovation and operations, I manage strategic partnerships with major retailers across Panama, coordinating promotions, contracts, and point-of-sale activations. I also lead marketing initiatives encompassing influencer campaigns, social media strategy, OOH advertising, and product launch execution, driving visibility and growth in competitive markets.
